The mission of CHC is to address diversity, inclusion, and equity for marginalized and minoritized groups facing disproportionate health disparities.
CHC conducts strategic equity-driven policy research, engages in effective programming, and fosters collaboration among community-based organizations, stakeholders, and elected officials. These strategies expand efforts, reach, and engagement within underserved and underrepresented communities.
CHC works with local non-profits, grassroots organizations, and county, city, and state entities to serve the many groups in need in the community, including children, seniors, veterans, the differently-abled, the homeless, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
For over 20 years, Octavio has devoted himself to aiding and improving the health and well-being of those in his community.
